Tsering Dolma

Tsering is the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Toronto Environmental Alliance. She joined TEA in 2010, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from her organizing experiences in student-led human rights and environmental justice movements. At TEA, Tsering plays a key role in developing and implementing community outreach strategy. Since coming to TEA, she has significantly increased TEA's volunteer engagement capacity through training and mentorship program, and expanded its reach into Toronto’s diverse communities.

Having been born and raised in Nepal, educated in the United States and now calling Toronto her home, Tsering considers herself a global citizen. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology & is a proud Berea College alumna. Outside TEA, she is actively involved with Students for a Free Tibet among other groups.
