Erica Kopyto is the Manager of Events for the Broadbent Institute.
Before joining the Institute, she was Literary Manager at Toronto’s Nightwood Theatre, leading the development process of new plays written by women to stages across the country and around the world.
As an educator and facilitator, Erica has liaised with various organizations bringing creative strategies to their outreach initiatives, including PEN Canada and the International Red Cross. She has acted as director for a myriad of interdisciplinary festivals and has curated and hosted events with the purpose of engaging audiences with specific calls to action.
Erica holds a Masters of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Art from the University of British Columbia. She lives in Toronto with her partner and two daughters.
