Originally from Saskatchewan, Graham is an experienced organizer and strategist who has worked on issue and election campaigns at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels.
As Executive Assistant to Toronto City Councillors Jack Layton and Janet Davis, and Research Officer with the Ontario NDP, Graham played a key role in successful efforts to deliver improved environmental programs, child care, and a range of municipal priorities. Graham is a facilitator and teacher with experience in designing and delivering peer education, planning, and strategy workshops with teams, organizations, and communities.
He has a Masters in Environmental Studies (Urban Planning) from York University, and recently completed a two-year stint as a manager in the Toronto Public Service. Graham lives in Toronto with his partner and two sons.
