We need universal mental healthcare now.1
Statistics Canada has reported nearly 2 million Ontarians said they needed mental healthcare—with 78.2% saying they didn’t know where to get help or could not afford it.2
It’s clear our government needs to expand Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) coverage to include basic mental healthcare to make it accessible to all, and with 4 weeks to go before the Ontario election, we need to make sure candidates across parties know that mental health care is a top priority.
Sign the petition and tell our future MPPs to fight for universal mental healthcare.
