Facilitated by Alejandra Bravo, this participatory workshop is an opportunity to unpack and expand on the ideas raised in the online module. While you don’t need to do the module before attending the workshop, you will have a deeper, more well-informed experience if you do.

• Finding and defining your roots and power base
• Key leadership practices for building people-centred power
