TORONTO—Alberta Premier Rachel Notley will deliver the keynote address at the Broadbent Institute’s annual Progress Gala on Thursday, November 12, 2015.
Rachel Notley, sworn in as Premier in May following the historic election that saw the NDP sweep the Progressive Conservatives from office after 44 years, is coming to Toronto after tabling Alberta’s first New Democrat budget.
