Attendee Accessibility Information

The Westin Bayshore is wheelchair accessible; hallways and doors have sufficient room for maneuverability.

The entrance door auto-opens.

There is a wheelchair accessible, gender-neutral washroom available on the Conference Level with an automatic door opener.

We ask all those attending to respect the need to refrain from wearing colognes, perfumes or other scented or chemical products to the event. There is no natural light in the main ballroom. The overhead lights are fluorescent and do not change colours.

There is metered street parking, pay parking lot, and public transit - several buses (019, 240, 250, N10) stop within a few blocks of the hotel, and Waterfront Station is 1.7kms away. There are 25 designated accessible parking spaces available in the Westin Bayshore parking lot.

If you have specific accessibility needs please email [email protected].

There will be simultaneous closed captioning on screen. There will be a quiet space/lounge away from the main area.
